Public Notice for TP Scheme Number-217 (Bhadaj-Shilaj-Sola-Hebatpur Thaltej)

Public Notice This public notice is to inform that land in the limits of revenue block/survey number 22/1 and 22/2 of Hebatpur, Ghatlodia taluka, Ahmedabad district, included in TP Scheme Number-217 (Bhadaj-Shilaj-Sola-Hebatpur Thaltej). Final plot numbers 265/1 and 265/2 cover 10624 square meters of multi-purpose non-agricultural land which is plotted under the scheme including (1) sub-plot No. 1 with an area of approximately 284.04 and (2) sub-plot No. 2 with an area of approximately 420.58 are owned by Sahajanand Capital Infracon LLP. We have been requested for a Title Clearance Certificate for the said properties. If anyone other than the stated owner, whether a person, bank, corporation, or institution, claims any type of interest, right, share, burden, lis pendens, or other charge on the property, they must inform us in writing with documentary evidence through registered post within 7 (seven) days from the issuance of this public notice. Failure to do so will lead to the assumption that no other claims of interest, rights, shares, burdens, lis pendens, or charges exist and wavier of any such claims may have been made, post which the Title Clearance Certificate on the said property will be issued and subsequent mortgage proceedings in favor of the financial institution can be completed without any dispute or claims.

જાહેર નોટિસ આ જાહેર નોટીસથી જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે જીલ્લા : અમદાવાદના તાલુકા : ઘાટલોડીયાના મોજે : હેબતપુરની સીમના રેવન્યુ બ્લોક/સર્વે નંબર-૨૨/ પૈકી ૧ તથા ૨૨/પૈકી ૨ ની જમીનનો સમાવેશ ટી.પી.સ્કીમ નંબર-૨૧૭ (ભાડજ-શીલજ-સોલા-હેબતપુર થલતેજ)માં થતાં મળેલ ફાઈનલ પ્લોટ નંબર-૨૬૫/૧ તથા ર૬૫/ર ની ૧૦૬૨૪ ચોરસમીટર બહુહેતુક ઉપયોગ વાળી બીનખેતીની જમીનમાં કરેલ પ્લોટીંગની સ્કીમમાં આવેલ (૧) સબ-પ્લોટનં. ૧ કે જેનુ ક્ષેત્રફળ આશરે ૨૮૪.૦૪ તથા (૧) સબ-પ્લોટનં. ૨ કેજેનુ ક્ષેત્રફળ આશરે ૪૨૦.૫૮વાળી મીલકતોની માલિકી સહજાનંદ કેપીટલ ઈન્ફાકોન એલએલપીની માલિકીનું હોવાનું જણાવી, અમારા અસીલે મજકુર મીલકતના ટાઈટલ કલીઅરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટની અમારી પાસે માંગણી કરેલ છે. મજકુર મીલકત ઉપર/પરત્વે ઉપરોકત જણાવેલ માલિકસિવાય અન્ય જો કોઈપણ વક્તિ, બેંક, નિગમ કે સંસ્થાનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો, દાવો, બોજો, લીસપેનડન્સ કે અન્ય ચાર્જ હોય તો તેમણે આ જાહેર નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયેથી દિન-૭ (સાત) માં અમોને તેની લેખિત જાણ દસ્તાવેજી આધાર-પુરાવા સહિત રજીસ્ટર્ડ પોસ્ટથી નીચેના સરનામે કરવી. જો તેમ નહિં કરવામાં આવે તો ઉપરોકત મીલકતમાં અન્ય કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો, દાવો, બોજો, લીસપેનડન્સ કે અન્ય ચાર્જ નથી અને જો હોય તો તેમણે તેમના તેવા હક્ક/દાવા જતા (waive) કરેલ છે, તેમ ગણીને મુદ્ત વીતે ઉપરોકત મીલક્ત અંગેનું ટાઈટલ કરિલઅરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ બેંક/ નાણાંકીય સંસ્થાની તરફેણમાં મોર્ગેજની કાર્યવાહી પુર્ણ કરવામાં આવશે અતે ત્યારબાદ કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો વાંધો, તકરાર કે દાવા ચાલશે નહીં તે ર આઈ. આર. પટેલ લો એસોસીએટસ્‌ ઈન્દ્રવદન આર. પટેલ, એડવોકેટ ૩૦૧, ચાણકય બિલ્ડીંગ, ટોરેન્ટ હાઉસની બાજુમાં, ઈન્કમ ટેક્ષ, અમદાવાદ - ૩૮૦૦૦૯ ફોન નંબર- ૨૬૯૫૮૧૨૧૪
