Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, G-Ahmedabad, Taluka-Ghatlodiya, Moje Hebatpur, Survey Number- 76/B/2 (Old Survey Number before consolidation - 49/1, 77/1, 78 and 79) 0-43-47 sq.m. of land, which falls under TP Scheme No. 217 (Shilaj-Bhadraj-Hebatpur-Thaltej-Sola), the allotted Final Plot No. 76/A+76/B, out of which 2608 sq.m. land with multi-purpose use permission non-agricultural land (1) Melabhai Ramubhai Bharwad (50% shareholder in total land), (2) Dhuliben Mahadevbhai Bharwad, (3) Bhanuben daughter of Mahadevbhai, wife of Vinubhai Bharvad, (4) Mukeshbhai Mahadevbhai Bharwad, (5) Gopalbhai Mahadevbhai Bharwad, (6) Jayoti Mahadevbhai Bharwad and (7) Satish Mahadevbhai Bharwad (No. 2 to 7, 50% shareholders in total land) have jointly applied for a right title clear certificate in their name. It is stated that the said land is in their possession and enjoyment without any encumbrances or disputes. If any other person, organization, bank, firm or any other person has any kind of interest, share, burden, claim, right, objection, dispute, financing, recovery, loan, easement, etc. on the said land, then they should submit a written notice along with documentary evidence in support thereof by registered AD Post within 7 days to the address mentioned below. If they fail to do so, then after the expiry of the period, we will issue a right title clear certificate in their name regarding the said land.
