Public Notice This is to inform the general public that: Re-Survey of the land situated in the village of Hebatpur, Taluka Dholera, Sub-District and Taluka Dholera, District Ahmedabad, according to the new survey number 891 (old survey number 271/25 of 12/Waiki 1), area 6-31-31, i.e. 63131 square meters, account number 696, old condition of agricultural land worth Rs. 3-45 paise, out of which 24278 square meters of land is included in Draft Town Planning Scheme No. 5. The land is jointly owned by the following individuals and has been allotted a final plot number: Final Plot No. 239/1/1, 239/1/2, and 239/1/3, totaling 601069 square meters. Out of this, approximately 12139 square meters of land is owned by: Bhurabhai Savasibhai, resident of 109, Devpura, Hebatpur, Taluka Dholera, District Ahmedabad, and Madhuben Savasibhai, resident of 103, Mahadevpura, Taluka Dhandhuka, District Ahmedabad. The land is owned and possessed by them jointly and unencumbered. This is to inform the public that the aforementioned land has been sold to our client, and we have been asked to provide a certificate confirming that the title of the land is clear and marketable. Therefore, if any person, bank, firm, or organization has any claim, interest, share, right, or encumbrance on this land, they are hereby requested to inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with supporting documents, at the address below. If they fail to do so, it will be assumed that they have no claim, interest, share, right, or encumbrance on the said land and that they have waived any such claim.
