Public Notice Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub District Ahmedabad-9 (Bopal) within the limits of Ghatlodiya taluka, Ghuma village plot area includes 3642 sq.mt. of land within Block/Survey No. 570 included under TP Scheme No. 3, Final Plot No. 45. 2185 sq.mt. land for multipurpose use, non-agricultural, is under the independent ownership and actual possession of the firm R R Buildcon, controlled by partner Suresh Patel. It is stated that the firm has requested us for a Title Clearance Certificate. Hence, if any person holds any kind of right, interest, share, claim, burden, rights of inheritance, development rights, etc., on the said land, they must notify in writing to the address below within 7 days from the publication of this public notice.
