Public Notice Registration District Ahmedabad, Sub-District Ahmedabad-9 (Bopal) of Ghatlodiya Taluka, in the limits of Ghuma village, Block/Survey No. 595/A, 10117 sq.m. of land is included in Draft T.P. Scheme No. 3 and given Final Plot No. 71, 6070 sq.m. of non-agricultural land. Regalia Infra, a partnership firm, by its Managing Partner Prithvish Suresh Bhai Patel, has claimed that the said land is in the independent ownership and direct possession of the firm. We have received a request for a Title Clearance Certificate for the above-mentioned land. Therefore, all persons who have any kind of right, interest, share, encumbrance, Banakhat, development rights, etc. on the above-mentioned land, are requested to submit written notice with documentary proof at the address given below within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this public notice.
