Public Notice for Sidhhi Vinayak Bopal

Public Notice It is hereby notified that, District: Ahmedabad, Sub District: Ahmedabad-9 (Bopal), Ghatlodiya Taluka, Ghuma village, Block No. 872, Non-agricultural land, Sidhhi Vinayak Bopal Co. Op. Hsg. Society, located on the said land, known as Sidhhi Vinayak Apartments, flat no. 2, Area: 70.07 sq.m, along with the undivided share of the Society property, is owned by Mahendrasinh Bachubhai Rathod, in his sole possession and enjoyment. The property is recorded in his name in the records of the Society. No other person has any right, share or interest in the said property other than the owners of the said property. The owners of the property have not made any written transfer of the property to anyone, or otherwise disposed of the property, and no lien has been created on the property by any person, organization or bank. The property is being sold to our client Shushil Badriprasad Shukla. Therefore, if any person has any right of maintenance or any other right, share, or interest, or title clearance certificate regarding the said property, they must submit written notice with original documentary evidence to us at the below address within 7 (seven) days from today, i.e., 29-03-2025 AD. If this is not done, it will be presumed that no one has any objection , right, share, encumbrance or interest in the said property, and if any such exists, it shall be deemed to have been waived. A Title Clearance Certificate will be issued for the sale of the said property. Furthermore, our client will proceed with the sale documents for the said property, and no objections will be accepted after that. Please take note of this public notice. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જણાવવાનું કે, જત રજી. ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ સબ ડિસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અમદાવાદ-૯ (બોપલ) ના ઘાટલોડીયા તાલુકાના મોજે ગામ ઘુમા ની સીમના બ્લોક નં ૮૭૨ ની બિનખેતી ની જમીન ઉપર આવેલ સિધ્ધી વિનાયક બોપલ કો. ઓ. હા. સો. લી આવેલી છે. જે સિધ્ધી વિનાયક એપાર્ટમેન્ટસ ના નામે ઓળખાય છે જે સિધ્ધી વિનાયક એપાર્ટમેન્ટ્સ માં આવેલ ફ્લેટ નં ૨ ક્ષેત્રફળ- ૭૦.૦૭ ચો.મી બાંધકામ વાળી મીલકત તથા સોસાયટીના વગર વહેંચાયેલ હિસ્સા સાથેની મીલકત મહેન્દ્રસિંહ બચુભાઈ રાઠોડ ની સ્વતંત્ર માલીકી કબજા ભોગવટામાં આવેલી છે. સદરહુ મીલકત સોસાયટીના રેકર્ડમાં તેઓના નામે ચાલે છે. સદરહુ મીલકતમાં સદરહુ મીલકતના માલીકો સીવાય અન્ય કોઈનો કોઈપણ જાતનો લાગભાગ, હકક હિસ્સો નથી તથા મજકુર મીલકત અંગે સદરહુ મીલક્તના માલીકોએ કોઈને કોઈ લખાણ કરી આપેલ નથી કે અન્ય રીતે મીલકત તબદીલ કરેલ નથી કે મજકુર મીલકત ઉપર કોઈ વ્યક્તિ, સંસ્થા કે બેંકનું તારણ નથી તે મિલ્કત અમારા અસીલ શુશીલ બદ્રીપ્રસાદ શુક્લા ને વેચાણ આપવાનુ નક્કી કરેલ છે. તેથી મજકુર મીલકતમાં અત્ય કોઈ વ્યકિતનો ભરણપોષણનો હકક હોય કે અન્ય કોઈપણ જાતનો લાગભાગ, હકક, હીસ્સો હોય કે ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવા સામે અન્ય કોઈપણ જાતનો વાંધો હોય તો તેની લેખિત જાણ અસલ દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સાથે અમોને નીચેના સરનામે આજથી દિન- ૭ (સાત) માં રજી. એ.ડી.થી કરવી. જો તેમ કરવામા નહી આવે તો મજકુર મિલ્કતો ઉપર કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો વાંધો, હક્ક હિસ્સો બોજો કે લાગભાગ નથી અને હોય તો તે તમામ જતા કરેલ છે. તેમ સમજી મજકુર મિલ્કતના વેચાણ અંગેનુ ટાઈટલ ક્લીયરન્સ સર્ટીફિકેટ ઈસ્યુ કરવામા આવશે .તેમજ અમારા અસીલ મજકુર મિલ્કત અંગે વેચાણ દસ્તાવેજ અંગેની કાર્યવાહી કરશે ત્યારબાદ કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારે તકરાર માન્ય ગણાશે નહી તેની જાહેર જનતાએ નોઘ લેવી તારીખ- 29-03-2025 સ્થળ- અમદાવાદ Megh M Khalas.
