Versus Opposite Parties Subject: Application for grant of probate of Will, under Section 246 of the Indian Succession Act. Therefore, this is to give notice to the general public and all concerned by this public notice that: The Applicant No. 1 herein is the wife of late Sanatkumar Yashvantrai Bhatt, who was residing in the immovable property at Plot No. 1014/2, Sector No. 2/D, Gandhinagar Township, measuring 200 sq. m, with a residential property of approximately 193 sq. m built on it. The Applicant No. 2 and 3 are the sons of the deceased Sanatkumar Yashvantrai Bhatt. The deceased passed away on 03/12/2020. Prior to his death, he owned the aforementioned immovable property at the aforesaid address, and the agricultural land measuring 15723 sq. m, of Block No. 244/1 in old survey, at Ratanpur (Ga.), Tal. Vallabhipur, Dist. Bhavnagar; the old survey agricultural land measuring 22359 sq. m, of Survey No. 182, at Ratanpur (Ga.), Tal. Vallabhipur, Dist. Bhavnagar; the rented shop building at Vadtal (Swaminarayan), Tal. Nadiad, Dist. Kheda; his gold and silver ornaments, cash, and bank accounts (State Bank of India, Gandhinagar, Nagarik Sahakari Bank Ltd., Baroda, Gujarat Gramin Bank, Union Bank of India) and shares demat account, mutual fund, etc. The Applicants herein are the legal heirs of the deceased by virtue of the Will made on 05/08/2019 as per the said Will. Therefore, the Applicants are entitled to the benefit of the aforementioned properties. In order to establish that they are the lawful heirs and to get the Probate of the Will (Inheritance Certificate), the Applicants have filed this application in this Court. If any person, organization, etc. has any objection, dispute or objection to grant of Probate of the Will in the name of the said Applicants, they may appear in person or through their informed counsel in this Court at 11.00 AM on 17/03/2025 and file their objections.
