Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, a demand for title clearance of the property located in the survey number 182/14, in the village of Iyyava, Sanand taluka, Ahmedabad district, under the scheme “Nilkanth Estate” with a land area of 4035 sq. mtrs (4826 sq. yards) and a construction area of 540.84 sq. mtrs (646.85 sq. yards), which is owned by Anand Natvarlal Sharada and Naveen Natvarlal Sharada, which is in their direct possession and enjoyment and is free from all encumbrances, has been received by us. If there is any interest, claim, right, share, encumbrance, lien, charge, mortgage, financial loan or any kind of right, interest or share in the above property, other than City Union Bank Limited, then please inform us in writing within 10 (ten) days of the publication of this notice, at the address given below, along with supporting documents. If this is not done, then it will be assumed that there is no interest, right, claim, share, encumbrance, lien, charge, mortgage, financial loan or any kind of right, interest or share in the above property and the title clearance certificate will be issued in favor of the above mentioned owner. After this, no objections regarding the sale of the said property will be entertained. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનુ કે, જત ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ અમદાવાદના સાણંદ તાલુકાના મોજે ઇયાવા ગામની સીમમાં આવેલ સર્વે નં ૧૮૨ પૈકી / ૧૪ પર નિર્માણપામેલ “નિલકંઠ એસ્ટેટ” નામની યોજનાના સબ-પ્લોટ નં ૧૪ વાળી મિલકત કે જેનું જમીનનું ક્ષેત્રફળ ૪૦૩૫સ.ચો. મીટર એટલે કે ૪૮૨૬ સ.ચો. વાર હોય અને તેના પર ૫૪૦.૮૪ સ.ચો. મીટર એટલે કે ૬૪૬.૮૫ સ.ચો. વાર નું બાંધકામ વાળી મિલકત (જેને હવે પછી “ઉપરોક્ત ભિલકત''તરીકે સંબોધવામાં આવશે) આનંદ નટવરલાલ શારદા અતે નવીન નટવરલાલ શારદા નાઓની પોતાની કુલ સ્વતંત્ર માલિકી પ્રત્યક્ષ કબ્જા ભોગવટાવાળી અને તમામ પ્રકારના બોજાઓથી મૂક્ત હોવાનું જણાવી અમારી પાસે ઉપરોક્ત મિલકતના ટાઈટલ કલીયરન્સની માંગણી કરેલ છે. ઉપરોક્ત મિલકતમા સીટી યુનિયન બેન્ક લિમિટેડ અલાવા કોઈનો કોઈપણ જાતનો લાગ- ભાગ, હક્ક, હિત- હિસ્સો, દાવો, બોજો, અલાખો, લીયન, ચાર્જ, ગીરો, મોર્ગેજ, ાણાકીય ધિરાણ કરેલ હોય કે ગણોત હક્ક, ખેડ હક્ક, રસ્તા હક્ક, બાના ચીઠ્ઠી, બાનાખતના હક્કો, અત્ય કોઈપણ રીતે કોઈપણ પ્રકારના હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો પોષાતો હોય તો આ નોટીસ પ્રસીઘ્ધ થયેથી દિન ૧૦ (દસ) ની અંદર તે બદલના આધાર પુરાવાઓ સહીત અમોને નીચેનાસરનામે રજીસ્ટર્ડ એ. ડી. થી લેખિત જાણ કરવી. જો તેમ નહિ કરવામાં આવે તો ઉપરોક્ત મિલકત ઉપર કોઈનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગ-ભાગ, હક્ક, હિત-હિસ્સો, દાવો, બોજો, અલાખો, લીયન, ચાર્જ, ગીરો, મોર્ગેજ, નાણાકીય ધિરાણ કરેલ હોય કે ગણોતહક્ક, ખેડહક્ક, રસ્તાહક્ક, બાનાચીઠ્ટી, બાનાખતના હક્કો , વારસાઈ હક્ક કે અન્ય કોઈપણ પ્રકારે કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો હક્ક, હિત, હિસ્સો પોષાતો નથી અને હોય તો તે ઉપરોક્ત માલિકની તરફેણમાં જતા યાને કે (wવાંve) કરેલ છે તેમ સમજી ઉપરોક્ત મિલકતનું ટાયટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ આપવામાં આવશે અને ત્યારબાદ થતા વેચાણ લગત કોઈની કોઈપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહી જેની નોંધ લેવી. તારીખઃ ૧/૬/૨૦૨૪ અમદાવાદ અંશુમન મોહાપાત્રા વેક્ટર લીગલ ૮૦૧, શિલ્પ એપીટોમ, રાજપથ ક્લબની પાછળ, સિંધુ ભવન રોડ, બોડકદેવ, અમદાવાદ - ૩૮૦૦૫૪ મોબાઈલ નં. ૯૯૦૯૩૨૯૨૮૨
