This notice is to inform the public that our client, Jayeshbhai Shantiprasad and Anilbhai Shantiprasad, jointly own and possess agricultural property located in Kathwada village, Dascroi taluka, Ahmedabad district. This property is identified by Survey Number 31/001 (Old Survey Number 1064) and has a total area of 0-55-31 hectares. We have received a request for a title clearance certificate for this property. We hereby notify the public that if any individual, entity, bank, firm, finance company, or any other entity claims to have any right, interest, share, burden, lien, easement right, or any other claim over this property, they must provide written proof within 7 days of the publication of this notice. Failure to do so will be considered as an acknowledgment that no entity has any claim over this property. We will then issue a title clearance certificate after confirming no such claims exist. Any subsequent dispute will not be entertained.
