Public Notice We, Advocate Irfan I. Bengali, hereby issue this public notice informing that the originally surveyed land/block no. 255/B now renumbered as survey no. 9605 under T.P. Scheme no. 117, final plot no. 172, measuring an area of 8533 sq. m., located in the village Kathwada, taluka Daskroi, district Ahmedabad, is in the possession and ownership of Bhavin Bhagwanbhai Sodvadiya, partner of Srinath Buildspace, a partnership firm based in Ahmedabad. Said land is registered in the revenue records under the name of the aforementioned partnership firm. The said partnership firm and its partners do not own any part, share, or interest in the aforementioned land, excluding others. No document or transfer of rights has been issued to anyone else nor is there any encumbrance by any person, entity, or bank on the aforementioned land. We declare that the rights and title of the said land are clear and marketable as per the claims requested by our clients, the partners of said firm. Therefore, no claim or objection based on any registration, possession, or agreement by any person exists currently on the aforementioned land, and any such claim or objection is deemed waived.
