Pandya that Mukeshbhai Arvindbhai Majmudar, Binaben Arvindbhai Majmudar, and Ashit Arvindbhai Majmudar, jointly own and possess the agricultural land situated at Moj Jawla, Taluka Savli, District Vadodara, with a survey number 363/અ/પેકી, and an area of 2-31-24 hectares. They are looking to sell this land to our client. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate from us. If anyone has any claim, interest, right, relationship, or any registered or unregistered encumbrance on this property, then they are requested to submit their objection in writing with supporting documents to our office mentioned below, within six days from the publication of this notice. If no objection is received in writing within the stipulated time, it will be assumed that no one has any right or interest on this property and the title clearance certificate will be issued.
