Public Notice This is to inform the general public that a piece of land situated in the village of Javaraj, Taluka Dholka, Ahmedabad, located in the old block/survey no. 704/24, has been re-surveyed under the re-survey scheme and given a new block/survey no. 293. The area of this land is 19188 square meters, out of which 12141 square meters, account number 1128, is old agricultural land with a shape factor of 3.96, currently registered in the name of Nishant Dilipkumar Gandhi as per the revenue records. Our client wishes to sell this land, which is stated to be their sole and independent ownership with possession and enjoyment, free from all encumbrances. Our client has requested a title clearance certificate from us, certifying that the land is clear and marketable. After the publication of this notice, if any person, institution, bank, firm or company has any kind of claim, right, share, relation, sustenance, demand, lien, charge or any other kind of encumbrance or objection on the said land or its original documents, they must inform us at the address below with documentary evidence, either by registered post A.D. or in person within 7 days of the publication of this notice.
