Jitendrakumar Madhavlal Patel, resident of 1, Mahavir Society, Kalol, Gandhinagar, and Bhagwanbhai Ranchhodbhai Patel, resident of Soniwas, Thol, taluka Kadi, district Mehsana are the joint complete beneficial owners and hold undisputed possession. They have decided to sell the said land and have requested a certificate for its clear and marketable title. Any individual, bank, firm, or institution holding any kind of interest, rights, portion, claim, or burden must notify us within 7 days from the publication of this notice via registered post AD, failing which it will be assumed that no such interest exists, and the title clearance certificate for the said land will be issued by us and the purchase process by the buyer will be completed.
