Public Notice This is to inform the public, by way of this public notice issued under the instruction of our client, Ms. Pratimaben Naranbhai Patel, residing at 569, Ranchhodbapa Faliya, Zadeshwar, Taluka Bharuch, that the property belonging to her, located in the village of Sarar, Taluka Karjan, District Vadodara, bearing survey numbers 22, 833, 1069, and 1181, as well as the house numbers 418, 4112, 4113, and 1 with a courtyard, located in Sarar, Taluka Karjan, District Vadodara, are ancestral property. These properties are owned by Patel Kanubhai Ramdas, Patel Anilbhai Ramdas, Patel Ashokbhai Ramdas, Patel Shardaben Ramdas, their heirs, and us, the Patel Pratimaben Naranbhai Patel family. Regarding these properties, a lawsuit has been filed in the court of the Civil Judge, Vadodara, under case number 523/2018, which is currently pending. Therefore, anyone who makes any changes to the current state of the property against our rights, or who takes any action related to construction of any part of the house or courtyard, or enters into any written agreement, formal or informal, or any financial transactions, with individuals claiming ownership of these properties, shall be solely responsible for their actions.
