We have been requested for a Title Clearance Certificate. If any person, bank, firm or institution has any kind of interest, right, benefit, share, claim or encumbrance on the said property, then they should inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days of the publication of this notice, along with documentary evidence of the same at the following address by registered post A.D.
