Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, Registration District Ahmedabad Sub-District Ahmedabad - 4 (Paldhi) Taluka Vejalpur, Village Moje Jodhpur, Survey No. 1321, Surn. No. 381/1 (Old Survey No. 1054) in the village limits of Vejalpur, 6810 land which is included in T.P. Scheme No. 51, Final Plot No. 67/2 and the area of which has been determined to be 4086 sq.m. The said non-agricultural land is the joint ownership and possession of JP ISKON Pvt. Ltd. and is free from any other encumbrances. It is hereby informed that we have received an application for a title clearance, marketable and encumbrance free certificate for the above mentioned land. Therefore, if any person has any right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance on the above mentioned land, he/she shall inform us in writing with documentary evidence within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice at the following address by registered A.D. post. If this is not done, it will be assumed that there is no right, interest, share, claim or encumbrance of any kind of any other person on the above mentioned land and if there is any, it will be deemed to be waived.
