Public Notice This is to inform the general public that Shri Girishbhai Natvarlal Patel, resident of Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad, has decided to sell a total of 3536 square meters of land, which is half of the total 8903 square meters of land located in the west direction of survey number 136 (old survey number 230) in the village of Jodhpur, Taluka Vejalpur, District Ahmedabad. This land has been allotted under Town Planning Scheme Number 6 (Vejalpur) as Final Plot Number 30/1. Our client has declared that this Final Plot Number 30/1, with a total area of 3536 square meters, is completely, independently, and exclusively owned and occupied by them, free from any encumbrances. They have requested us to obtain a certificate confirming that the land title is clear and marketable. Therefore, if any person has any claim, right, interest, share, demand, or encumbrance on this land, they are required to provide written notification with supporting evidence to us within 7 days from the date of this public notice at the address mentioned below. If no such notification is received within the stipulated time, it will be deemed that there is no claim, right, interest, share, demand, or encumbrance by any person on the said land, and if there is, it is considered to be waived.
