Public Notice We, the undersigned Ankit Baldevbhai Thakor, Advocate and Notary, hereby give this public notice on behalf of our clients: (1) Dipikaben Prafulbhai Shah and (2) Prafulbhai Vanecandbhai Shah, both residing at Block No. 26, Chetana Society, behind Sardar Society, Surendranagar - 363001. We hereby inform that in the District Ahmedabad, Sub District Ahmedabad-4 (Paldi), Vejalpur Taluka, the land situated in the village of Jodhpur, old survey No. 168, new survey No. 84 (old village Vejalpur - survey No. 178, TP Scheme No. 4, FP 121/1), on which the 'Siddh Shila (Jodhpur) Co. Op. Housing Society Ltd.' is located, also known as 'Siddh Shila Apartment'. Among the various flats in this society, in Block No. A, flat No. A-303, having an approximate area of 97.37 sq. m. as per the tax bill of the AMC, including the construction of the flat and all its related common facilities, roads, and undivided share of land, the ownership, possession, and enjoyment of the flat has been in the joint ownership of (1) Dipikaben Prafulbhai Shah and (2) Prafulbhai Vanecandbhai Shah. The original allotment letter issued by 'Siddh Shila (Jodhpur) Co. Op. Housing Society Ltd.' for this property has been lost by our clients due to unforeseen circumstances. Our clients have not given this original allotment letter as security or guarantee to any bank, individual, institution, or firm. Moreover, our clients have not taken any loan against this property based on the original allotment letter, as they have stated. Therefore, any person having any rights, claims, rights of preemption, interest, share, or rights of occupancy over this property by way of sale, inheritance, mortgage, lien, charge, trust, maintenance, easement, gift, or otherwise, shall inform us in writing along with the proof within 8 days of the publication of this notice at the address given below. If they fail to do so, it will be considered that they have no claims, rights, share, or interest in the said property. Subsequently, we shall issue a title clearance certificate regarding the clear and marketable title of our clients' property. Thereafter, no objections of any kind will be entertained.
