Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the land situated in District - Ahmedabad, Registration Sub District - Ahmedabad (4) (Paldhi), Taluka - Vejalpur, Moje Gaam Jodhpur, Revenue Survey No. 17/2 (Old Revenue Survey No. 111/2 of Moje Gaam Vejalpur), which is included in Town Planning Scheme No. 3 (Vejalpur), Final Plot No. 198, measuring 4452 sq.m. owned by “New Gokulnagar Co. Op. Housing Society Limited Division - 3”, situated in the possession and enjoyment of the said Society, on which “Hetvi Tower” is constructed on the first floor, flat No. 102, measuring 221.572 sq.m. (Super Built-up), having Municipal Tenement No. - 0725-13-0185-0001-K, which was allotted by the said Society on 22.12.2002 under Share Certificate No. - 80 and all the rights and privileges as a member, and owned, possessed and enjoyed independently by Late Kumudray Rattilal Boghaani without any encumbrance, who passed away on 11.04.2017, and his daughters, 1) Rekha Himanshu Shah and 2) Nila Kalpeshkumar Shah, The original Share Certificate No. - 80 allotted by the said Society on 22.12.2002 is missing, and despite several searches, it has not been found, therefore the said Society has filed an application for the issuance of duplicate Share Certificate, hence, if anyone has any objection, dispute, encumbrance or interest against the issuance of duplicate Share Certificate for Flat No. - 102 situated on the first floor in “Hetvi Tower”, they are hereby requested to give written notice along with documentary evidence within seven (7) days of this public notice at the address mentioned below. After the expiry of the said period, no claim, objection, protest, encumbrance or interest will be considered by the Society. The Society will issue duplicate share certificate to the current members of the said flat No. 102 in “Hetvi Tower” situated on the first floor. Take note of this. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે, ડીસ્ટ્રીકટ -અમદાવાદ, રજીસ્ટ્રેશન સબ ડિસ્ટ્રિક્ટ- અમદાવાદ (૪) (પાલડી), તાલુકા- વેજલપુરના, મોજે ગામ જોધપુર ની સીમ ના રેવેન્યુ સર્વેનં ૧૭/૨ (મોજે ગામ વેજલપુરની સીમના જૂના રેવેન્યુ સર્વે નં. ૧૧૧/૨) ની જમીન કે જેનો ટાઉનપ્લાનિંગ સ્કીમ નંબર ૩(વેજલપુર) માં સમાવેશ થતાં ફાળવેલ ફાઇનલ પ્લોટ નંબર - ૧૯૮ તી સમચોરસમીટર ૪૪૫૨ ના વિસ્તારની જમીન “ન્યુ ગોકુલનગર કો. ઓપ. હાઉસિંગ સોસાયટી લિમિટેડ વિભાગ - ૩'' તે સદરહુ સોસાયટીની માલિકીની કબ્જા ભોગવટાની આવેલ, જેની ઉપર “*હેતવી ટાવર'' નામની સ્કીમ ના પહેલા માળ ઉપર આવેલ ફ્લેટ નંબર ૧૦૨ ની સમચોરસમીટર ૨૨૧.૫૭૨ (સુપર બિલ્ટઅપ) બાંધકામવાળી મિલકત, કે જેનો મ્યુનિસિપલ ટેનામેન્ટ નંબર-૦૭૨૫- ૧૩-૦૧૮૫- ૦૦૦૧-કે છે, તે મિલકત સદરહુ સોસાયટીએ તારીખ ૨૨.૧૨.૨૦૦૨ના રોજ ફાળવેલ શેર સર્ટિફિકેટ નંબર-૮૦ તેમજ સભાસદ તરીકે ના તમામ હક્કો-અધિકારો સહિત ની મિલકત સ્વ. કુમુદરાય રત્તિલાલ બોઘાણીની કૂલ સ્વતંત્ર માલિકી-કબ્જા-ભો ગવટાની, બોજારહિત આવેલ હતી, તેઓનું તારીખ ૧૧.૦૪.૨૦૧૭ના રોજ અવસાન થતા તેમજ તેઓની વારસદાર પુત્રીઓ, ૧) રેખા હિમાંશુ શાહ તથા ૨) નીલા કલ્પેશકુમાર શાહનાઓથી, સદરહુ સોસાયટી તરફથી ફાળવેલ તારીખ ૨૨.૧૨.૨૦૦૨ના રોજનું અસલ શેર સર્ટિફિકેટ નંબર-૮૦ ગેરવકલ્લે મુકાયેલ હોવાથી તેમજ ઘણી શોધખોળ કરવા છતાં મળી આવતુ ન હોવાથી, તે સંબધે ડુષ્લિકેટ શેર સર્ટિફિકેટ ઇશ્યુ કરવાની અરજી સદરહુ સોસાયટી તે આપેલ છે, આથી ““હેતવી ટાવર” નામતી સ્કીમ માં પહેલા માળે આવેલ ફ્લૅટ નંબર- ૧૦૨ વાળી મિલકત અગે ડુપ્લિકેટ શેર સર્ટિફિકેટ ઇશ્યુ કરવા સામે કોઈને કોઈ પણ પ્રકાર નો વાંધો-તકરાર, બોજો ઊભો કરવામાં આવેલ હોય તો આ જાહેર નોટિસ પ્રસિદ્ધ થયેલ થી દિન સાત(૭) મા તેની લેખિત જાણ, તેના દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા સહિત, અમોને નીચેના સરનામે કરવી. તે સમય વિત્યે કોઈનો કોઈ પણ પ્રકાર નો ક્લેમ, વાંધો, હરકત, બોજો અગર તો હિત- સંબંધ નથી તેમ સમજીને સદરહુ સોસાયટી તરફથી “*હેતવી ટાવર” નામની સ્કીમ માં પહેલા માળે આવેલ ફ્લૅટ નંબર-૧૦૨ ના ઉપરોક્ત જણાવેલ હાલના સભાસદોને ડુષ્લિકેટ શેર સર્ટિફિકેટ ઇશ્યુ કરવામાં આવશે તેની નોંધ લેવી. આજ રોજતારીખ-૧ માહે -જુન, સને ૨૦૨૪ના દિને શાલીન એન પરીખ, એડવોકેટ એન્ડ મીડિયેટર પી.એચ. પરીખ એન્ડ કંપની પાંચમો માળ, સુમેરુ સેન્ટર, પરિમલ રેલવે ક્રોસિંગ પાસે, એલિસ બ્રિજ અમદાવાદ ફોન નંબર - (૦0) ૨૬૬૫૦૩૧૬
