Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, In the land of Final Plot Number 90/2, Revenue Survey Number 197, Draft Town Planning Scheme Number P of the village Jodhpur, Taluka Vejalpur, District Ahmedabad, there is "Mayur Pankho O. Housing Society Ltd.". The said society is known as "Mayur Pankh Society", in which the land of Bungalow Number 33-A is owned and possessed by Harshad Babulal Choksi. According to him, the approximate area is 341.33 square yards, which measures 285.39 square meters. Further, the total land of the said society includes undivided square meter land adjacent to the said land, totaling square meters of land. The property includes basement, ground floor and first floor measuring 283.91 square yards or 237.39 square meters and is owned and possessed independently and is free from encumbrances. Therefore, our client has decided to sell the property to us. Our client has requested us to obtain a Title Clearance Certificate for the said property. If anyone has any kind of claim, right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance, charge or lien on the said land, they are requested to inform us in writing along with documentary evidence within 7 days from the date of publication of this public notice at the address mentioned below. Failing to do so, it will be deemed that the said land does not have any claim, right, interest, share, claim, encumbrance, charge or lien and if it is there, it is deemed to have been waived. The Title Clearance Certificate of the said land will be issued accordingly. No dispute will be entertained thereafter. The general public is hereby informed. જાહેર નોટિસ આથી જાહેર જનતાને જણાવવાનું કે, જતડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટઅમદાવાદ સબ- ડીસ્ટ્રીક્ટ અને વેજલપુર તાલુકાના મોજે ગામ જોધપુરની સીમના ડ્રાફ્ટ ટાઉન પ્લાનીંગ સ્કીમ નંબર પ ના ફાઈનલ પ્લોટ નંબર ૯૦/ર રેવન્યુ સરવે નંબર ૧૯૭ પૈકીની જમીનમાં ““મયુરપંખકો.ઓ .હાઉસિંગ સોસાયટી લી.'” આવેલ છે અને જે સોસાયટી “‘મયુરપંખ સોસાયટી''ના નામથી ઓળખાય છે જેમાં આવેલ બંગલા નંબર ૩૩-અ ની જમીન હર્ષદ બાબુલાલ ચોકસીના સ્વતંત્ર માલીકી અને કબજા ભોગવટાની છે જેમના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર આશરે ક્ષેત્રફળ સમચોરસવાર ૩૪૧.૩૩ જેનું સમચોરમીટર માપ ૨૮૫.૩૯ થાય છે તથા સદર સોસાયટીની કુલ જમીનમાં સદર જમીનના વરાડે આવતી વણવહેચાયેલ સમચોરસમીટર જમીન એમ મળી કુલ સમ ચોરસમીટર જમીન તથા તેમાં આવેલ બેઝમેન્ટ, ગ્રાઉન્ડ ફૂલોર તથા ફર્સ્ટ ફ્લોર સમચોરસવાર ૨૮૩.૯૧ યાને સમચોરસમીટર ૨૩૭.૩૯ ના બાંધકામવાલી મિલકત કુલ સ્વતંત્ર માલીકી અતે કબજા ભોગવટાની તથા બોજામુક્ત હોવાનું જણાવી અમારા અસીલને વેચાણ આપવાનું નક્કી કરેલ છે ., અને અમારા અસીલએ અમારી પાસે સદરહુ મિલકતના ટાઇટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટની માંગણી કરેલ છે. સદર જમીન ઉપર અન્ય કોઇનો કોઇપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હક્ક, હીત, હીસ્સો, દાવો, અલાખો, બોજો, ચાર્જ, લીયન હોય તો આ જાહેર નોટીસ પ્રસિધ્ધ થયેથી દિવસ-૭(સાત) માં અમોને લેખિત પુરાવાઓ સહીત રજી.એ..ડી.થી નીચે જણાવેલ સરનામે જાણ કરવી અને જો તેમ કરવામાં કસુર થશે તો મુદત વીતે સદર જમીનમાં અત્ય કોઇનો કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો લાગભાગ, હક્ક, હીત, હીસ્સો, દાવો, અલાખો, બોજો, ચાર્જ, લીયન નથી અને જો હોય તો જતો કર્યો છે તેમ સમજી સદર જમીનનું ટાઇટલ કલીયરન્સ સર્ટીફીકેટ ઇસ્યુ કરવામાં આવશે., અને ત્યારબાદ કોઇની કોઇપણ પ્રકારની તકરાર ચાલશે નહીં, તેની જાહેર જનતાએ નોંધ લેવી. તા.
