Public Notice It is hereby informed to the general public that, in the territory of Survey Number 216 within the limits of Jodhpur, Vejalpur, district Ahmedabad, included under TP Scheme Number Pending, allocated to Final Plot Number 19 with an area of 4102 sq.m. has been developed into a scheme known as 'Vivaan Square'. Located on the fifth floor of Block A, Unit Number 507/A has a super built-up area of 1458 sq.ft or 134.45 sq.m. This property, referred to as 'the said property', along with the undivided share of land measuring 21.38 sq.m, is owned by (1) Nita R. Prajapati, (2) Ramila S. Satashiya, (3) Ilaben Yogeshbhai Gandhi, and (4) Vinod A. Desai. A clear title certificate has been requested before us concerning the said property. Therefore, all parties having any claim, food, clothing, any kind of direct or indirect part, rights, shares, charge, burden or lien rights included in the said property are to notify within seven (7) days via registered mail to the provided address, else it shall be considered that any rights or shares have been waived.
