Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that, the property located in the district registration district of Ahmedabad, sub-district of Ahmedabad (Paldi), taluka Vejalpur, within the village limits of Jodhpur, survey numbers 232/1 and 53/1 (old Vejalpur survey numbers 1223/1 and 147/1) which is included under TP Scheme No. 3, divided flat numbers 92 and 1692/2, identifies under the project known as 'RATNAAKAR HALCYON'. The flat located in block number A on the floor, specifically flat number A/1302, is independently owned and freely held by Rupesh Ashvinbhai Mehta. It has been decided to perform an irreversible sale to Ms. Riya N Thakkar. Consequently, our client has requested a Title Clearance Certificate from us to ensure no other claims, parts, rights or interests are held by others concerning this property. If anyone has claims or interests against this property, they must inform us through a registered post at the given below address within seven days of this notice being published. If not, no claims, interests, disputes or complaints will be entertained hereafter, and a Title Clearance Certificate will be issued post the given period.
