On its first floor, shop No.F/8/C with approximately 24.61 sq. m. i.e., 265 sq.ft. super built-up area, the property under the independent ownership of Jigishaben Rashminkumar Patel is free from all kinds of encumbrances and has determined to sell our acquisition with a request for a title clearance certificate from us. Hence this property is claimed to be free from any kind of rights, charges, etc. by publishing this notice, and it must be notified with documentary evidence within 7 days at the address below.
