Scheme No. 3, F.P. No. 215, a building named 'Unics Shyamal' is situated which includes offices No. 801 and 802 on the eighth floor, totaling approximately 5222 sq.ft. super built-up area. This property is currently in our complete ownership and possession. It is affirmed that the above property is free from any encumbrances.
