Public Notice for 4 (Vejalpur)

This is to inform the general public that a request for a title clearance certificate/opinion has been received from Kameshwardham Co. Op. Housing Society Ltd. regarding the property known as Aviratnam Bungalows, located on non-agricultural land in the survey number 84 of Jodhpur village in Vejalpur taluka of Ahmedabad District (formerly survey number 178 of Vejalpur village). The property includes a row house numbered 5 in the TP Scheme No. 4 (Vejalpur), with a plot area of 130.00 square yards or 108.70 square meters, a 235.00 square yards or 196.39 square meters residential construction, undivided land in the scheme, and all rights including common amenities. If any government/semi-government organization, institution or individual has any share, right, interest, claim, encumbrance, lien, charge, mortgage, mortgage deed, agreement for sale, development agreement or any other rights or interest in this property, they are requested to submit written evidence with their signatures to the below-mentioned address within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to do so will be deemed that no one has any share, right, interest, claim, encumbrance, lien, charge, mortgage, mortgage deed, agreement for sale, development agreement or any other right, interest, or share in the said property. Based on this understanding, a title clearance certificate for the said non-agricultural land will be issued, and no objections will be entertained thereafter.
