PUBLIC NOTICE I, the undersigned Kalpa N. Mori, Advocate, residing in Junagadh, hereby inform all concerned and the general public that: In the state of Gujarat, in Junagadh District, Junagadh Taluka, in the village of Junagadh, within the limits of Junagadh Municipal Corporation and City Survey, on the land of Block No. 8, Survey No. 19/2, a property consisting of Flat No. 5, with an area of 39.48 square meters, located on the second floor of Riddhi Siddhi Apartment, is in the independent ownership and possession of Shri Shantilal Vrajlal Zinzuvadia. Among the successive documents of the said property, Registered Sale Deed S.R.U. 893 dated 07/03/1990 was purchased by Shri Prabhudas Lalji Saraiya from Madhusudan Anuray Bakshi etc., and Registered Sale Deed No. 1461 dated 20/04/1995 was purchased by Minakshiben Jayendrabhai Joshi from Shri Prabhudas Lalji Saraiya, which has been lost. Despite much searching, it has not been found, and a certified copy thereof has been presented. Therefore, if anyone has any objection or dispute regarding this matter, or if anyone has any interest, charge, encumbrance, or debt, or if any financial institution has a debt or loan, or if anyone has a right to maintenance, or a hereditary right, or any other security or mortgage, or if it has been cancelled, or if anyone has an objection or dispute regarding transactions made from the said power of attorney, or if the said property is mortgaged with any bank, or personally mortgaged, or if there is any agreement regarding it, or if anyone has any objection or dispute regarding the said property, then they should inform at the address below with complete written evidence within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice. If there is a failure to do so, it will be considered that there is no objection or dispute regarding this matter, or if there is one, it has been waived.
