Public Notice: Notice is hereby given to the general public that with respect to the old tenure agricultural land of Account No. 1536, with an assessed tax of Rs. 13.85, situated at Block No. 856/002 (Old Block No. 828) in the sim of village Kadadra, Taluka Dahegam, Sub-District Gandhinagar, District Gandhinagar, admeasuring approximately 00-90-00 Hectare-Are-Sq.Meters (as per actual measurement on site), out of the remaining 01-20-83 Hectare-Are-Sq.Meters from the total of 03-02-98 Hectare-Are-Sq.Meters; Mr. Natwarsinh Jawansinh, being the absolute owner and in direct possession of the said land, which is free from all encumbrances, and stating that there are no disputes or claims on it, has requested us for a Title Clearance Certificate, stating that his rights, titles are clear and marketable. Therefore, any person, entity, corporation, bank, society, or any private or limited finance company having any kind of right, interest, share, relationship, claim, burden, or lien of any kind on the above agricultural land or any part thereof, should inform us in writing with documentary evidence within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to do so will imply that no one has any right, interest, share, relationship, claim, burden, or lien on the said land, and if any existed, it has been waived. After the expiry of the said period, we shall issue the Title Clearance Certificate for the above land.
