Position Notice (For Immovable Property) Issued Under Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 Rule 8(1) This is to inform that the undersigned authorized official of The Karur Vysya Bank Limited, under the provisions of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002 and the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 (Act 54 of 2002) and pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 13(12) read with Rule 8 thereof has issued a demand notice dated 24.12.2024 to the borrowers, (1) Mr. Trikambhai Vishrambhai Kathiwada, borrower's address: Plot No. 42, Omkar Society - 2, Katargam - Singanpor Road, Surat City, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat - 395004, (2) Mrs. Jasvantiben Trikambhai Kathiwada, borrower's address: Plot No. 42, Omkar Society - 2, Katargam - Singanpor Road, Surat City, Katargam, Surat, Gujarat - 395004, calling upon them to pay the outstanding amount of Rs. 24,80,403.20 (Rupees Twenty-four Lakh Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Three and Twenty Paisa) within 60 days from the receipt of the notice. Since the borrowers have failed to pay the said amount, the borrowers and the general public are hereby notified that pursuant to the powers conferred by the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 read with Rule 8 of the Act, the undersigned has taken symbolic possession of the following property on 05.03.2025. The borrowers are hereby specifically warned and the general public is hereby notified not to deal in the said property. Any transaction carried out in relation to the said immovable property will be subject to the lien of The Karur Vysya Bank Limited for an amount of Rs. 24,80,403.20 (Rupees Twenty-four Lakh Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Three and Twenty Paisa) plus interest. “Borrower’s attention is drawn towards the provision of Section 13(8) of the SARFAESI Act, regarding the time available to the borrower for redemption of the property.” Description of the Immovable Property The entire share and interest of Shri Trikambhai Vishrambhai Kathiwada and Smt.
