Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, Hrishika Logistic {HRISHKAALOGISTIC} on behalf of the partnership firm, its managing partner Rajvi Prakashbhai Shah, whose registered office in Ahmedabad is registered in District Ahmedabad, Sub-District and Taluka Sanand, Village Moje Kalaana, Survey No. 219/1, Account No. 698, 2934 square meters of land including Town Planning Scheme No. 140/B (Kalaana) has been allocated the final plot No. 84, out of which the southern part of the 1760 square meters land is RUBY BUS PRIVATE LIMITED (Ruby Bus Private Limited) named company on 21-10- 2023 from the Sub-Registrar's office Sanand, registered from serial No.- 25429, has been kept in sale. And in that way, the said land is independent ownership and possession of the partnership firm, and is informed regarding the title clear and marketable opinion of the partnership firm regarding the said land, has been requested from us, then anyone on the said land, any type of objection, controversy, claim, dispute or near, right, interest, share, burden, lien or any type of bank note, bank account or any other transfer agreement on the said land or any other way, any rights obtained from any interest relationship, they have to do this public notice, published from Day-7 (seven) in it with evidence (objections without evidence will not be taken into consideration) written notice through the address below and if they don't do it then the said land no objection, dispute, claim dispute or near, right, interest, share, burden, lien or any any type of bank note, bank account or any other transfer agreement or any other way, any interest related to the rights obtained are not and are, then they have been relinquished (waved) understood, we will give the title clearance of the said land will give a certificate of opinion and thereafter no one's any kind of controversy will be pursued.
