Public Notice Moje-Kalol District Gandhinagar, Sub-District Kalol Kalol City Taluka Moje-Kalol Village Boundary Original Survey No. 1208 Land of 10117 sq.m. which is included in Town Planning Scheme No. 4 (Kalol-Ola) and allotted final plot No. 139 of 6065 sq.m. non-agricultural land which was converted into non-agricultural land City Survey water of City Survey No. NA1208/p2 which has been made as 6065 sq.m. while under the Town Planning Scheme land mixed in deduction Deduction 7/12 water survey No. 1208 which is made as 4052 sq.m. This entire non-agricultural land is owned, possessed, and enjoyed by Sayyad Umarmiya Usmanmiya, free from all types of encumbrances and legal disputes, informing that a request for an opinion regarding title clearance has been made to us. If anyone has any encumbrance, charge any possession right or possession right or share, then you must inform us in writing with proof at the address below within 7 days from this date. If this is not done, then no one has any right in the said land and if there was any, it is considered waived. After the expiry of the deadline, Certificate of opinion regarding title clearance of the said land will be issued and thereafter no objection of any kind dispute shall be entertained.
