Public Notice District Sub-District Ahmedabad, Taluka - Bavla, Moje Gam - Kalyanagadh, within the limits of the old survey/block No. - 2915 out of which (1) new survey No. - 63 of 15102 sq. m., (2) new survey No. - 65 of 14522 sq. m. and (3) new survey No. - 66 of 10973 sq. m. as well as old survey/block No. - 294 out of which new survey No. - 62 of 32688 sq.m. non-agricultural land located in the scheme named "Khyati Industrial Park", unit number 1 approximately 2025 sq.m. carpet area and undivided shares in the scheme land, non-agricultural open plot land owned by the partnership firm M/s. Shri Enterprises have declared their independent ownership, possession and enjoyment and being free from all kinds of encumbrances and encumbrances, they have through their developer M/s Khyati Realities Limited, by their allotment letter dated 08-06- 2024, allotted and sold to our client Mr. Sandeep K. Agrawal, Therefore, our client has requested us for the title clearance certificate of the above said non-agricultural land.
