Public Notice This is to inform the general public that, in the district of Ahmedabad, taluka Dholera, at the village of Kamiyala, the land under block/survey number: 161, new block survey number: 417, covering an area of 23548 square meters, account number: 610, which is a non-agricultural premium eligible land with agricultural usage, valued at rupees: 7-80 paise, is in joint ownership and possession of (1) Dilipsinh Devubhai Vanar and (2) Mahendrachinh Devubhai Vanar. It is hereby informed that this land is free from any kind of encumbrance, lien, right, share or claim by any person. Our client has approached us for an opinion/certificate regarding the clean title of the said land, confirming it is free from encumbrance and marketable.
