Public Notice We, Advocate Mustufa B. Bengali, hereby issue this public notice under the instruction and at the request of our client stating that in the area of Kamod, Ta. Vatva, Dist. Ahmedabad, of survey/block no. 218, an area measuring 7284 sq.m. land is there. From which, Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority's Ring Road planned 1990 sq.m. has been taken into the cut and the remaining area of 5294 sq.m. old agricultural land. This land is included in TP Scheme No. 401/A and is allocated to final plot no. 183 approximately 3319 sq.m. land. The owners (1) Sadhubhai Pashabhai, (2) Natwarbhai Pashabhai, (3) widow Javerben Pashabhai, together have a shared ownership. No other person, financial institution, or bank has any burden or charge on this land nor are there any ongoing claims or disputes. And the owners have requested a certificate proving the clear and marketable right to title from us. Therefore, if anyone has any objections regarding any rights, shares, or clear title certificate, they should inform us in writing with evidence within 7 days from today, failing which it will be assumed that no such rights or shares exist and thereby waived. જાહેર નોટિસ અમો એડવોકેટ શ્રી મુસ્તુફાબી. બંગાલ તે આથી અમારા અસીલની સુચના અને ફરમાઈશથી આ જાહેર નોટીસ આપ જણાવીએ છીએ કે, મોજે કમોડ, તા.વટવા, જી.અમદાવાદનાસર્વે/બ્લોક નં.૨૧૮ ની ૭૨૮૪ સમ ચો.મી. જમીન. જેમાંથી અમદાવાદ શહેરી વિકાસ સત્તા મંડળની ૧૯૯૦ સમ ચો.મી.
