Public Notice for Clear Title Certificate This is to inform the general public that, Munnabhai Devabhai Bhadithad (residing at Kanatalaav, Taluka Bhavnagar, District Bhavnagar, Pin Code- 344313) has applied for a Clear Title Certificate regarding the land situated in the limits of Kanatalaav village, District Bhavnagar, Taluka Bhavnagar, Survey Number 10/1, Plot Number 2046, measuring 4-03-68 sq. meters, valued at Rs. 7.50. This land is an agricultural land and is free from any kind of encumbrances, ownership, possession and enjoyment. Therefore, if any person has any kind of right, interest, share, connection, usufructuary right, any kind of dispute, government or private dues or any other claim in the above mentioned land, then they are requested to submit written proof along with the registered copy of the documents to our office within 7 days from the date of this notice. If no such proof is submitted within the specified time, it will be assumed that no person has any kind of right, share, encumbrance or claim on the said land.
