The land is classified as agricultural land and has a rate of Rs. 3-12. The land is free from all types of encumbrances and is solely owned by Bharatji Rameshji Thakur. Any person, institution, or bank having any objection, claim, dispute, encumbrance, charge, or loan right over this land, or having any claim to any share or interest in the land, is requested to inform us in writing along with evidence within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice at the address below.
