Public Notice This public notice is hereby given to inform the general public that in the Karjan taluka of Vadodara district, a vacant land near Ranchod Park on the Navabazar road, opposite State Bank of India, located in the village of Karjan, with a block/survey number of 939/Paki, area 0-81-95 hectares, cost Rs. 1045, account number 3739, and city survey number 620, included in TP scheme R, with a total area of 7515.86 sq.m. according to the city survey, is currently recorded as “Shri Mahavir Co.Op. H.Soc.”. Our client, through his advocate A.D. Kanojia, issued a public warning on page number 5 of the Sandesh daily newspaper on 12.03.2025. Our client has also filed a claim in the Board of Nominees, Vadodara with claim number 74/2025 and has taken necessary action. The general public has been informed that no dealings of any kind should be made with the “Mahavir Co.Op. H.Soc.” regarding this property despite the dispute regarding the title of the society’s office bearers. Despite the notice, the society has illegally conducted transactions. Therefore, our client has filed an application under Article 19 and has requested an injunction order from the honorable court. According to the order issued by the honorable court, since we have a stake in the disputed area, no one should make any kind of soil filling, construction, or any other transaction, such as sale, mortgage, gift, or any other kind of dealings with the said property. As per the interim injunction order issued by the honorable court, no one should take any action against the order of the honorable court. Transactions with documents numbered 1299, 1300, 1301, and 1304 have been made with Sri Mushrif Dev to Hareish, Patel Rakesh Bhai Vasant Bhai, Patel Jayesh Bhai Jagdish Bhai, and Mushrif Hareish Subhap respectively, despite the court order. Therefore, no one should make any kind of transaction or dealings with the said property. Any person who does so will be held responsible for all legal proceedings and costs incurred.
