Public Notice In the District of Ahmedabad, Taluk Viramgam, village Moje Karkathal, in the Block/Survey No. 657/1, a total of 27822 sq.m. of land out of which the plot No. 123 of 1-59-32 hectares of land, belonging to the old tenure at a rate of Rs. 4-00 paise, was jointly owned, possessed, and enjoyed by (1) Manubha Jorubha, (2) Hanubha Jerubha, (3) Pratapba Jorubha, and (4) Janakba Jorubha. Out of the aforementioned land, Manubha Jorubha has decided to sell his undivided 1/4th share, which is 3983 sq.m, to our client Gaurang Shantilal Patel. We have received a request for a title clearance certificate regarding the aforementioned land.
