Public Notice This is to inform the general public that: (1) Kishorbhai Haribhai Thakkar (50% partner), (2) Anshul Dineshbhai Khetani (25% partner), and (3) Pab Rameshchandra Sanghvi (25% partner), all residing in Ahmedabad, are the joint owners of a non-agricultural land measuring 6514 square meters, situated at survey/block number 1238 (old survey number 379), account number 1568, in the limits of village Moje Kasindra, sub-district and taluka Daskroi, registration district Ahmedabad. They have decided to jointly sell this land to our client. Our client has requested us to obtain a certificate confirming the clear and marketable title of the above mentioned land owners. We have received the consent letter from the above mentioned land owners and are publishing this notice as per the instruction and consent of our client. Therefore, if anyone has any objection, dispute, claim, right, interest, share, encumbrance, lien, or any rights arising from any transfer agreement or any other interest in the said land, they should submit a written notice along with supporting evidence (objections without evidence will not be considered) within 7 days of the publication of this notice at the address mentioned below. If no such notice is received within the stipulated time, it will be assumed that there are no objections, disputes, claims, rights, interests, shares, encumbrances, liens, or any rights arising from any transfer agreement or any other interest in the said land, and all such claims are considered waived. We will then issue a certificate confirming the clear title of the said land and our client will proceed with the sale of the said land. No further objections will be entertained after that.
