Public Notice This is to inform the general public that the land belonging to Alkesh Bhai Pasabhai Patel, resident of Kathoda, Kheda, situated in the village Kathoda, Matar Taluka, Kheda Sub-District, having survey number 581, Block/Survey 646, area 0-61-73 he.are.cho.mi, with old terms of Rs. 4.00, is to be sold by the owner to our client. This land is under the sole ownership, possession, and enjoyment of the said Alkesh Bhai Pasabhai Patel, free from any encumbrances, and is marketable. The said owner has requested a title clearance certificate from us. If any person or entity has any claim, interest, right, mortgage, charge, lien, alakh, bakhshi, or any right to sustenance or clothing on this land, they are requested to provide written notice with supporting documents within 7 days of this notice publication. Otherwise, any such claim, right, interest, or sustenance will be deemed invalid and deemed to have been voluntarily waived. After receiving the notice, if no objection is received, the title clearance certificate for the said land will be issued to the said owner, and the owner will then transfer the ownership of the land to our client.
