Public Notice This notice is to inform the public that a property located at Memnagar-3, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is being sold. The property is located in TP Scheme No. 3, final plot no. 187/2, sub plot no. 6 in the village of Sheikhpur-Khanpur. The property is an office on the ground floor of a building known as Harikripa Shopping Centre. The office has an area of approximately 423 sq. ft or 39.30 sq. m. The property also includes the land belonging to plot no. 6 and the right to use the common facilities of Harikripa Shopping Centre. This property is owned by Mrs. Shehnaz Atatvar Masuri of Ahmedabad, who is selling the property to our client. She is selling the property with the rights, title, and interest being clear, marketable, and sellable. We have asked for a title clearance certificate to prove this. If any person, organization, or bank has any claim, interest, or encumbrance over this property, they are required to submit their written objections along with documentary evidence within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice to the address mentioned below. If any person, organization, or bank does not submit their objections within the stipulated time, they will be considered to have no claim, interest, or encumbrance on this property.
