Public Notice We, Advocate Shri Mustafabi. Bangali, hereby give this public notice on behalf of our client, informing that, in the TP Scheme No. 3 of Shekhpur-Khanpur, Taluka Sabarmati, District Ahmedabad, on the non-agricultural land of Final Plot No. 259, Shri Nar Narayan Government Servants Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. (Reg. B-1470 S.N.E-1955) which is known as Nar Narayan Society, the (1) sub-plot No. 13/A, having a plot area of 302 sq. yards, and a construction of 101 sq. yards, is situated. This property is included in the City Survey record and the city survey ward is: TP 3/3-4-Shekhpur-Khanpur-Changaispur, City Survey Office: Ahmedabad-3, City Survey No. 1741, TP Scheme No. 3/3-4, F. Plot No. 259/13/A, having an area of 252.50 sq.m. And (2) Sub Plot No. 13/B, having an area of 302 sq. yards, and a construction of 93.42 sq. yards, is situated. This property is included in the City Survey record and the city survey ward is: TP 3/3-4-Shekhpur-Khanpur-Changaispur, City Survey Office: Ahmedabad-3, City Survey No. 1742, TP Scheme No. 3/3-4, F. Plot No. 259/13/B, having an area of 252.50 sq.m. This property is owned by Shri Sharad Bhai Shah, residing in Ahmedabad, in full independent ownership, possession, enjoyment, and including the rights of membership of the society and share certificate. No one else except the said owner has any kind of share, right, or interest in the said property. There are no easements rights, tenancy rights, or license rights over the said property. There is no burden or charge of any person, financial institution, or bank on the said property, and there are no pending claims or disputes. The rights and title of the said property are clear and marketable. The owner of the property has requested a certificate of title clearance from us. Therefore, if any person has any kind of share, right, or interest in the said property, or if any person has any objection to issuing a title clearance certificate, then they should inform us in writing with supporting evidence within 7 days from today i.e. Reg. AD. Failure to do so shall be deemed to mean that no one else has any right or interest in the said property, and if any, it is deemed to have been waived.
