This is to inform the general public that, for the purpose of registration in the District Gandhinagar, Sub District Dehgam, Taluka Dehgam, Village Khanpur, on the land survey number 228 (old block/survey no. 313) of area 9695 sq. m. and 4.25 paisa, from the total area of 9695 sq. m. of agricultural land of the old covenant, 2378 sq. m. of land and all types of right of way and disposal rights, including the land, belongs to the legal heirs of the late Tatanji Bhoopataji, namely Manguben, daughter of Nanaji Bhoopataji, and wife of Vazaji Chavda, is in their independent ownership, possession, enjoyment, and free from encumbrances. The title is clear and marketable. They have requested us to issue a title clearance certificate. If any person, firm or bank has any claim, interest, share, burden or objection to this, they are hereby notified to submit the same with a certified copy of original documents to us within seven days of the publication of this notice along with a copy of original documents at our office address mentioned below, File No. 1489, otherwise it will be deemed that they have no claim, interest, share, encumbrances, charge, easement, etc. on the said land or if they have any claim then they have willingly renounced or waived it, and we shall issue a certificate regarding the title clearance of the said land.
