Public Notice It is hereby informed to the public that in Registration District Ahmedabad, under Sub-District Ahmedabad-3 (Memnagar), within the boundaries of the village Changizpur under Town Planning Scheme Number-3, Final Plot Number-505/1, a non-agricultural land of 1802 square meters is included in the city survey records by the City Survey Office, Ahmedabad-3, City Survey Ward-TP.3/3-4 Sheikhupur Khanpur, designated by City Survey Number-4489. This plot of land is wholly, independently, uniquely owned and possessed by the partnership firm Sun Shilp Construction located behind Rajpath Club, opposite Satyam Corporate Square, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad and by its authorized partner Deep Narendra Patel, resident of Ahmedabad. We declare that there is no encumbrance, charge, right, interest, share, claim or burden on the said land and we have decided to sell our rights to the title and will issue a Title Clearance Certificate for the marketable ownership of the land. We have requested for a Certificate to evidence the lack of encumbrances. If any person, bank, partnership or organization has any claim or burden on this land, they must inform us in writing via registered post AD within seven days from the publication of this public notice at the address given below. If it is not done, it will be considered that there are no claims or burdens and we shall provide the Title Clearance Certificate and proceed with the sale of the land by our principal.
