Notice to the public regarding the ownership of land located in Khataamba village, Mansa taluka, Gandhinagar district. The land, survey number 380, old survey number 143, measuring 2.85 hectares, is owned jointly by Katubhai Velabhai Chaudhary and Amrutbhai Kacharabhai Chaudhary. They have applied for a title certificate for this land. Therefore, any individual or entity claiming any kind of encumbrance, lien, charge, mortgage, financial loan, or any kind of right, interest, claim, share, or anything else related to this land is required to submit written proof within 7 days from the date of this notice. The proof should be sent by registered post to the address mentioned below. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance that no one has any right to this land. The land will be deemed to be cleared and a title certificate will be issued. No further claims or disputes will be entertained thereafter.
