This is to inform the general public that the owner and occupier of the agricultural land situated in the revenue survey no. 219 (old survey no. 274/1) of Kherpur village in Kadi taluka of Mehsana sub-district, measuring 1-05-522 acres, belonging to Baldevbhai Jayram Bhai Rabari, has applied to us for a title clearance certificate for the purpose of selling the said land to our client. Therefore, if any person, bank, firm or institution has any right, share, mortgage right, burden, debt or any documents in the said land, then they should send their written objections along with proof to the following address within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice by registered A.D. If they fail to do so, then it will be considered that they have waived their rights and that there is no right, share, burden or claim on the said property.
