Public Notice for R1 (Motera)

Public Warning We, Advocate Mr. Pradipsinh P. Vaghela, hereby inform that the land survey no. 224/AGB in Chandkheda village, under TP-R1 (Motera), part of Sabarmati-13 sub-district of Ahmedabad district, is included in the allotted final plot no. 130 where Shreeji Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. is built. This society is registered under the Gujarat Co-operative Societies Act of 1961 with registration no. GHC-16614, known by the name Vrajendrapark. This includes flats C/8 owned by Ashok Pratapsinh Rawat, C/9 owned by resident Hansaben Vilaskumar (Society Committee Member), B/15 owned by Chauhan Jyoti Manojnath, and shop C/103 owned by Jayshreeben Bhanwarlal Pawar. We hereby declare from the instructions and demand of our clients that they are members of Shreeji Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Our clients inform that regarding the redevelopment of the aforementioned society, without proper authority, an illegal committee consisting of chairman Devdutt Gurudayal Sharma and Ghanshyambhai Naranbhai Patel, along with others, has entered an understanding on 11-12-2022 with the firm Devdarshan Builders, represented by authorized partner Prashantkumar V. Thakkar at office-37, Jadi Square Mall, Visat-Gandhinagar Highway, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad which is fundamentally unlawful. It has been noticed by our clients that Ghanshyambhai Naranbhai Patel, as the secretary and other members of this committee, who are not members of the society, have executed unauthorized and illegal activities. In these circumstances, we, on behalf of our clients, cancel and publicly void any declarations/affidavits and other agreements coerced from our clients by the said individuals and firm. We advise that any writings in favor of Devdarshan Builders by our exigent clients as members of the society are null and void through this public warning and fiercely recommend against being misled in such a manner. (જે સોસાયટી ગુજરાત કો-ઓપરેટીવ સોસાયટીઝ એકટ-૧૯૬૧ ના કાયદા હેઠળ રજીસ્ટડ થયેલ છે.જેનો રજી.નં.ધ- ૧૬૬૧૪ ના રોજ થયેલ છે. જે વ્રજેન્દ્રપાર્ક ના નામથી ઓળખાય છે. તેમાં આવેલ તે અમારા અસીલો (૧) ફલેટ નં-સી/પ વાળી (મીલકત અશોક પ્રતાપસિંહ રાવત, (૨)ફલેટ નં-સી/૯ વાળી મીલકત, (A) રહેવર હંસાબેન વિલાસકુમાર(સોસાયટીના કમીટી મેમ્બર), (B) રહેવર વિલાસકુમાર અજીતસિંહ(૩)ફલેટ નં-બી/૧૫ વાળી મીલકત ચૌહાણ જયોતિ મનોજનાથ, (૪) દુકાન નં-સી/૧૦૩ વાળી મીલકત જયશ્રીબેન ભંવરલાલ પવારનાઓની માલીકી,કબજા,ભોગવટાની આવેલ. એ રીતના ઉપરોકત અમારા અસીલો તી સુચના અને ફરમાઈશથી આ જાહેર ચેતવણી પ્રસિદ્ધ કરી જણાવીએ છીએ કે,અમારા અસીલો શ્રીજી કો.ઓ હાઉસીંગ સોસાયટી લી.ના સભાસદ છીએ. અમારા અસીલો જણાવે છે કે સદરહું સોસાયટીને રીડેવલોપમેન્ટ કરવા સંદર્ભે સોસાયટીના ચેરમેન દેવદત્ત ગુરુદયાલ શર્મા, ઘનશ્યામભાઈ નારણભાઈ પટેલ તેમજ અત્ય લોકોએ ગેરકાયદેસરની કમીટી કરી સદરહું સોસાયટીને રીડેવલોપમેન્ટ અંગે દેવદર્શન બીલ્ડર એ નામની ભાગીદારી પેઢીના અધીકૂત ભાગીદાર પ્રશાંતકુમાર વી. ઠકકર, ઓફિસ-૩૭, જડી સ્કવેર મોલ, વિસત-ગાંધીનગર હાઈવે, સાબરમતી, અમદાવાદનાઓ સાથે તા.૧૧-૧૨-૨૦૨૨ ના રોજ સમજુતીનો કરાર (એમ.ઓ.યુ) કરેલ જે પાયાથી ગેરકાયદેસરનું હોવાનું અમોના અસીલોને ધ્યાને આવેલ તેમજ સદરહું એમ.ઓ.યુ માં સેક્રેટરીના હેસીયતથી ઘનશ્યામભાઈ નારણભાઈ પટેલનાઓ એ જે સહીઓ વિગેરે કરે તૈ પાયાથી સત્તા વગરની અને ગેરકાયદેસરની હોવાનું અમારા અસીલતે માલુમ પડેલ છે તેમજ ઘનશ્યામભાઈ નારણભાઈ પટેલનાઓ તેમજ સદર એમ.ઓ.યુ માં કમીટીના સભ્યો પૈકીના અમુક ઇસમો સોસાયટીના સભાસદ ન હોવાની જાણ અમારા અસીલને હાલમાં માલુમ પડેલ છે. આ સંજોગોમાં અમારા અસીલને ગેરમાર્ગે દોરી સદરહું સોસાયટીના ચેરમેન તથા દેવદર્શન બીલ્ડર એ નામની ભાગીદારી પેઢી દ્વારા અમારા અસીલો પાસેથી સદરહું સોસાયટી પરત્વે રીડેવલોપમેન્ટની કાર્યવાહી બાબતે જે કોઈ ડેકલેરેશન/એફીડેવીટ તથા અન્ય કરારો અમારા અસીલો પાસેથી કરાવેલ તે અમારા અસીલો આ નોટીસ આપી રદબાતલ અને ફોક જાહેર કરીએ છીએ તેમજ અસલ ડેકલેરેશન/એફીડેવીટ તથા અત્ચ કરારો આ નોટીસ આપી પરત માંગીએ છીએ. આ સંજોગોમાં અમારા અસીલો આ જાહેર ચેતવણીથી લાગતા વળગતા સૌને તાકીદ કરે છે કે અમારા અસીલોએ સોસાયટીના સભાસદ તરીકે જે કોઈ લખાણો દેવદર્શન બીલ્ડર એ નામની ભાગીદારી પેઢી ના લાભમાં કરી આપેલ છે તે આ જાહેર ચેતવણી થી રદ કરીએ છીએ તથા કોઈએ કોઈપણ રીતે ગેરમાર્ગે દોરાઈ ન જવા અમો તાકીદ કરીએ છીએ. સ્થળ : અમદાવાદ તા. : ૩૦/૦૫/૨૦૨૪ અમારી સુચના અને ફરમાઈશથી અમારા મારફતેઃ પ્રદિપસિહ પી. વાઘેલા (એડવોકેટ) બી.કોમ., એલ.એલ.બી, (એડવોકેટ) સનદ નં.
