Public Notice It is hereby notified to the public that On the non-agricultural land of survey number 312/2 within the limits of Chandkheda village, Sabarmati Taluka, District Ahmedabad-13(Sabarmati) belonging to Rajeshwari Co-Op Housing Society Ltd. (Registration number 9670 dated 07-06-1983) known as Rajeshwari Society, the tenement number B-111, with an approximate area of 54.34 (built-up area), including construction, is owned by Shri Anjana Kashyap Mehta. Shri Anjana Kashyap Mehta has obtained a loan from Bank of Baroda against this property. In order to obtain this loan, the property was registered under a mortgage in favour of Bank of Baroda, registered by the Honorable Shri, Registrar, Jasdan, Ahmedabad-2(Vadaj) on 17th June, 2014 under number 6789. Since then, a charge has been placed on the property by Bank of Baroda. The following original documents have been deposited with the Bank of Baroda, Drive-in Road branch. However, after extensive search, the original documents have not been found and have been lost. All the lost original documents are: 1. Original registered Sale deed under number 5682 dated 21/03/2011 in favor of Shri Anjana Kashyap Mehta 2. Original registered Sale deed under number 5682 dated 21/03/2011, original registration receipt. 3. Original registered Sale deed under number 841 dated 06/03/1998 in favour of Shantaben Mahendrabhai Pandya 4. Original registered Sale deed under number 841 dated 06/03/1998, original registration receipt. 5. Original Share certificate number 232 dated 06/ 01/1998 issued by Rajeshwari Co-Op Housing Society Ltd. to the name of Dinbandhu F. Acharya and later transferred to the name of Anjanaben Kashyap Mehta. 6. Original Allotment letter dated 21/07/1992 issued by Rajeshwari Co-Op Housing Society Ltd. to the name of Dinbandhu F. Acharya. 7. Original Possession letter dated 13/12/1992 issued by Rajeshwari Co-Op Housing Society Ltd. to the name of Dinbandhu F. Acharya. The original documents mentioned above have gone missing from our branch, or have been misplaced or have been stolen. Despite extensive search, we have not been able to find them. Therefore, no one should misuse the above-mentioned lost or missing original documents. If anyone finds these documents, they should contact Bank of Baroda, Zonal Office (8th Floor, Bank of Baroda Towers, Law Garden, Opposite, Ahmedabad-380006, Gujarat), Bank of Baroda, Regional Office (First Floor, Kamdhenu Complex, Opposite Polytechnic, Panjarapole Cross Road, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad-380015, Gujarat), Drive-in Road, Bank of Baroda (1st Floor, 15, Sumangal Society, Near Asia High School, Drive-in Cinema, Ahmedabad-380052, Gujarat) or the nearest branch of the Bank of Baroda. Since Bank of Baroda has a charge on this property, no person, organization, bank, or company should grant any loan against the original documents. If they do, it will be considered void, and legal action will be taken. Therefore, if any government, semi-government or private financial institution has any objection, protest, dispute, encumbrance, lien, mortgage, right, or share, then they should inform this office in writing with proof within 7 days of this notice being published. If they fail to do so, a Title Clearance Certificate will be issued regarding this property. No one will have any claims after that. The public should take special note of this.
