She had made a will on 10-1-2023 in respect of her property. The petitioner has filed this application to obtain a probate certificate in respect of the property based on that will. The property in the name of the deceased Kishnakumari Chandrabhan Soni is (1) Flat No. E-304, located on the third floor of Block No. 'E' in the scheme of flats and shops known as 'Saral Parivesh', built on plot no. 99, which is part of survey no. 371, situated in the boundary of Chandkheda village, taluka Sabarmati, district Ahmedabad city division-2 (Vadaj), TP Scheme No. Dah. This property is also registered with Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation as tenement no. 0541-19-3240-0001-N and the electricity consumer no. is 794512321357 with Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd. This property is located at IOC Road, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. (2) The amount of Rs. 70,092.55 deposited in savings account no. 085801000037699 at the Bank of Baroda, Saraspura, Ahmedabad branch. (3) Locker No. 15 located in the Bank of Baroda, Saraspura, Ahmedabad branch, containing valuables worth approximately Rs. 5,00,000/-. Therefore, if any person has any objection or objection to the granting of a probate certificate for the property mentioned in the petition as per the will, they should appear in this court in person or through a learned advocate on 17-9-2024 at 11:00 am. Failure to do so will result in the disposal of this application in accordance with law after hearing the parties present. Interested parties should take note.
