Public Notice This is to inform the general public that a Title Clearance Certificate for a total of 1942 square meter non-agricultural land, final plot number 317, allocated under TP Scheme number 76/B, covering a total of 3237 square meters of land, Survey number 874/2, situated within the limits of Chandkheda village, Sabarmati taluka, sub-district Ahmedabad-13, registration district Ahmedabad, has been requested from us. The land is jointly owned, possessed, and enjoyed by: (1) Jashubhai Bhikhabhai (2) Balakrishna Bhikhabhai (3) Hansaaben, widow of Vinodbhai Bhikhabhai (4) Hiren Vinodbhai Patel (5) Aarthi Vinodbhai Patel (6) Rekhaaben Harshadhbai Patel (7) Rajesh Rasikbhai Patel (8) Arpan Ketanbhai Patel (9) Sharmisthaben Balakrishna Patel (10) Kitesh Balakrishna Patel (11) Samit Balakrishna Patel (12) Vidyaben Jashubhai Patel (13) Maulesh Jashubhai Patel (14) Dhara, daughter of Jashubhai Patel, wife of Jigneshbhai. The land is free from all encumbrances. Therefore, if any person has any claim, right, interest, share, or encumbrance of any kind on the said land, then they are hereby requested to inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, along with the relevant supporting documents. If no such information is received, we will assume that no person has any claim, right, interest, share, or encumbrance of any kind on the said land, and the same will be considered waived.
