Public Notice This is to inform the public that the land measuring 9548 square meters in Survey Number 882/1/A/2 (combined survey number 882/1/A, 882/2 and 883/2) and a further 4273 square meters in Survey Number 883/1/2, totaling 13821 square meters, situated in the village of Chandkheda, Taluka Sabarmati, District Ahmedabad-13 (Sabarmati) is included in T.P. Scheme No. 76/B. This land has been allotted a final plot number 332/1 + 332/2 with an area of 19482 square meters. Among the sub-plots within this final plot, sub-plot number 2 with an area of 8292 square meters has been designated for residential and commercial purposes. This non-agricultural land belongs to the partnership firm named “Anjani Developers”. They have declared ownership of the land with complete ownership, possession, and enjoyment, free of any encumbrances. The partners of the firm have requested a title clearance certificate from us. If any person has any right, interest, share, claim, or encumbrance on this land, they are required to inform us in writing, along with supporting documents, within 7 days from the publication of this notice. Failure to do so will be considered as if there are no rights, interests, shares, claims, or encumbrances on the land belonging to any other person, and we shall issue the title clearance certificate.
